
Chef Paul, a Barbados native, embarked on his culinary journey at 16, relocating to South Florida to hone his skills at Johnson & Wales University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts. Over the past two decades, his innovative fusion cuisine has attracted a distinguished clientele, including Denzel Washington, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Lenny Kravitz, Enrique Iglesias, Pink, Martin Lawrence, DJ Khaled, and Patriots Super Bowl winner Jamil Douglas.
Beyond his culinary expertise, Chef Paul holds a master’s in business entrepreneurship from Nova Southeastern University. His accolades include being the youngest chef to assist in managing the 5-star ‘Trillium’ restaurant in Upstate New York, earning gold and silver medals at the Broward Young Chefs Competition, and spearheading the inaugural China-Caribbean Food Festival in Beijing in 2016. In 2010, Macy’s honored him as ‘Black History Chef of the Year.’
Chef Paul is also a dedicated philanthropist, mentoring at the Boys & Girls Club of America, and a fitness enthusiast with personal training certifications. His passion for culinary arts and commitment to excellence make his services a sought-after experience.
In the summer of 2025, Chef Paul was named Caribbean Culinary Ambassador by Caribbean Travel & Tours, a global travel group headquartered in Malta.
