Florida Fruit and Berry Yogurt Bark

servings 6

Ingredients

2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon Florida honey

½ lemon, juiced

½ cup Florida berries (strawberry, blueberry, blackberry), sliced

½ cup Florida fruit (mango, citrus, watermelon), sliced

¼ cup toppings of your choice (granola clusters, mini chocolate chips, chopped Florida pecans, toffee bits, pretzel bits)

Preparation

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix the honey and lemon juice into the yogurt. Transfer onto the parchment paper. Spread mixture evenly using a rubber spatula. Add the fruit, berries and toppings. Tap the pan on the counter gently to get everything to settle. Freeze for 4 hours on a flat, even surface in your freezer. After the yogurt is completely frozen, it can be broken into portions and stored in an airtight container in the freezer.
