Chef Angel’s Mai Tai

Ingredients

1 oz light rum
1 oz dark rum (for floating)
¾ oz fresh lime juice
¾ oz fresh pineapple juice
½ oz orgeat syrup (substitute with almond syrup or Disaronno)
Fresh mint
Crushed ice
Pineapple prawns (leaves of the pineapple)

Preparation

Build in a mixing glass, top with ice, and stir for dilution. Pour into double rocks glass and garnish with fpineapple prawns and fresh mint.
