½ pound Florida gulf shrimp, peeled, deveined and cooked
1 cup Florida orange bell peppers, diced small
½ cup Florida celery, chopped fine
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup cream cheese, softened
½ cup scallions, sliced fine
1 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon Florida-made seafood seasoning blend
Florida hot sauce, to taste
1 tablespoon fresh herbs (thyme, oregano, parsley), chopped fine
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
Chop the cooked and peeled shrimp into small pieces and place them in a medium–sized mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning with hot sauce, salt and fresh ground pepper. Keep shrimp dip chilled until serving. Serve with assorted fresh cut Florida vegetables and tortilla chips for dipping.
