6 to 8 Florida Beef and Vegetable Meatballs
2 six to eight inch fresh baked sub rolls, sliced open
½ cup marinara sauce, plus extra for dipping
4 to 6 slices Munster cheese or your favorite
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Warm meatballs on a sheet pan in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove heated meatballs from the oven. Add the meatballs to the sub rolls and place them back on the sheet pan. Add an even amount of cheese to each meatball sub. Add and even amount of marinara sauce to each meatball sub. Place the meatball subs back in the oven for another 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is all melty and the sub rolls are toasted to desired doneness. Serve meatball subs warm with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
