2 large Florida oranges, peeled with pith removed and sliced into rounds
2 Florida grapefruit, peeled with pith removed and sliced into rounds
2 Florida tangerines, peeled with pith removed and sliced into rounds
8 large Florida strawberries, quartered or halved
1 Florida carambola (starfruit), sliced thin
1 tablespoon Florida honey
¼ cup shredded coconut, toasted
¼ cup maraschino cherries, drained and halved
Fresh mint sprigs and leaves, for garnish
On a medium-sized platter, layer the citrus and starfruit creatively, as desired. Drizzle with Florida honey and sprinkle with toasted coconut. Add the Florida strawberries and maraschino cherries. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and leaves. Serve chilled.
