1 cup Florida mango, peeled and diced small
1/3 cup Florida sweet pepper, diced small
1 cup black beans, cooked and rinsed
1/3 cup red onion, diced small
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 fresh lime, juiced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoons olive oil
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
In a medium bowl, combine the beans, mango, peppers, red onion, cilantro, cumin, 1 teaspoon olive oil and lime juice. Lightly mix salsa ingredients and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
