1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Florida seasoning blend (Everglades)
1 tablespoon fresh dill, hand pulled
1 tablespoon fresh chives or scallions, sliced fine
Crushed red pepper, to taste
On a medium-sized plate, evenly spread a layer of softened cream cheese in a circle. Sprinkle the cream cheese with the seasoning blend. Evenly crumble the smoked Florida salmon flakes over the cream cheese. Top with the capers, red onion and lemon zest. Drizzle the entire dish with olive oil. Garnish with fresh dill, scallions and crushed red pepper, to taste. Serve with crackers and freshly sliced Florida cucumbers and radishes.
