3 ounces Florida gin (such as Old St. Pete Tropical Gin)
1 lime
1/2 Florida orange, cut into 4 wedges
Ginger beer
Fill 2 rocks glasses or metal mule glasses with crushed ice. Add 1 1/2 ounces of Florida gin to each glass. Cut lime in half and squeeze 1 half into each glass. Slice orange into wedges and squeeze the juice of 1 wedge into each of the glasses. Use leftover citrus for garnish. Top each glass with ginger beer and serve. Drink responsibly.
