2 cups Florida watermelon, deseeded and mashed (do not completely puree)
3-4 cups Florida sugar (depending on desired texture)
1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted and cooled
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in airtight container and store in refrigerator (due to the fresh watermelon). Will last up to 3 weeks if stored properly.
