5 cups Florida watermelon (seeded and cubed)
1 lime, juiced
Thin-sliced watermelon for garnish
Add watermelon cubes and lime juice to a blender and process until smooth. Strain puree through a fine sieve. Chill and serve cold, garnished with thin-sliced watermelon.
