Smoked Florida Mullet Dip

Ingredients

3 cups smoked Florida mullet meat, flaked

2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

3 tablespoons Florida lemon juice

2 tablespoons onion, grated

2 tablespoons milk

1 teaspoon hot sauce

3 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Paprika, to taste

Crackers and fresh Florida vegetables

Preparation

Combine cream cheese, lemon juice, grated onion, milk and hot sauce. Whip until smooth and fluffy. Stir in fish and parsley. Form into a ball and sprinkle with paprika. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
