12 Florida radishes, trimmed and sliced thin
2 Florida pickling cucumbers, sliced thin
1 tablespoon Florida honey
1 jalapeno, sliced thin
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning (such as Everglades)
1 teaspoon fresh herbs (thyme, oregano), hand-torn
2 cups quality red wine vinegar
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Store the sweet and spicy Florida radish pickles in a glass jar with a lid in the refrigerator.
