4 ears Florida sweet corn, kernels cut off the cobs
1 pound fresh Florida snap beans, rinsed and stems trimmed
2 large Florida tomatoes, cored, seeds removed and diced
1 tablespoon fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, parsley), chopped fine
½ lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon fresh garlic, chopped fine
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon seasoning blend (Greek, Latin, or Cajun), plus more, to taste
Florida hot sauce, to taste
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
Add oil to a large, preheated sauté pan. Carefully add trimmed snap beans and sauté for 2 to 4 minutes until the beans start to brown. Add corn kernels and diced tomatoes. Cook together for another 2 to 4 minutes, until crisp tender. Stir in seasoning blend, garlic, herbs, hot sauce and lemon juice. Season with sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste.
