8-12 Florida Beef and Vegetable Meatballs
8 ounces spaghetti
16 ounces marinara sauce
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
Olive oil for drizzling
In a high-sided sauté pan, add the marinara sauce and meatballs. Place pan over medium-low heat. Slowly heat the meatballs in the marinara sauce until completely heated throughout. Cook spaghetti per instructions on its packaging. When the spaghetti is cooked to desired doneness, carefully drain the spaghetti. Season the cooked and drained spaghetti with salt, pepper and olive oil. Add an even amount of the seasoned spaghetti to each of the 4 bowls. Top each bed of spaghetti with the heated marinara and meatballs. Garnish each plate with parmesan cheese.
Fresh Tip: A drizzle of arugula pesto would take this dish to another level.
