1 ½ cups Florida radishes, rinsed, trimmed and julienned
2 large Florida tomatoes
½ red onion, diced small
¼ cup fresh cilantro, rinsed and chopped
1 ½ limes, juiced
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Latin seasoning blend or taco seasoning, plus more to taste
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir to mix. Taste and adjust seasoning with sea salt and fresh ground pepper. Keep cold and serve with crispy Florida tortilla chips.
